Nice bike. Looks like it's been outside in the weather a lot, though. From the components, I'd guess early 80s (ask Andy Muzi at yellowjersey.org; he was the 3Rensho importer). And get some decent pedals for it, e.g.:

Really? Is this a San Rensho with those headlugs and "Cinelli" looking seat cluster? Doesn't look like any work from Konno that I ever saw, but haven't seen much of his nephew's work to judge if it could be a Cherubim... I suspect another brand with decals added...but happy to be proved wrong!
