The crown looks vaguely familiar. I'll have to check my picture archive later tonight. Could it be Belgian?

Looks familiar to me as well, but I can't place it. I don't think that's really a crown; the blades are brazed or welded directly to the sides of a sleeve over the steer tube.

Well, no, maybe not a real crown. It reminded me of this fork I saw in Belgium last year. Sorry about the lousy picture quality.

Thanks for the thought guys.
This is all I call tell so far...
It is likely post 2000 as the steerer is 1 1/8" threadless. There are no marks on it, but someone wrote "souldoubt" on the tube with a marker at one point.
Can't see a maker's mark on the dropouts, but I'll check again with a magnifying glass when I get home.
The paint is really cool in person...a very sparkly green.
It's light, and seems to be very well made, (the seller thought it was made of Columbus, but I don't know why.)
Thanks again,
Steve

Interesting word. And not a bad name for the bike, should you need one.
