French frames are a blinkin nightmare. I've spent a couple of hours this afternoon trying to find out what it is,and annoyingly I've found something pretty close, but no date or model!
There is a fair amount of rust under the paint in places (like the seat stays), so instead of ending up with his n hers pink Mercier C&Vs, it may get stripped for a home respray...
Forgot the link... Braze on shifters and slightly nicer lugs, but otherwise...
