You just never know.....

What will come back to you. Back in 1988 I built this Miele Vald'or bike in the shop I worked in. Last month the guy brought it to a local shop and was wanting to find out if it was worth anything. The person who waited on him immediately took his info and called me knowing I worked in the originating shop and probably forgot more than the population in Dallas had ever known about Miele bikes. I got this bike from him in 99.999% perfect condition! Other than some old dirt and a rear tube with a hole in it the thing is in awesome shape! He blew his ACL out right after he bought it and a few years later tried to get back on it but went the route of the MTB. Columbus SL tubes and a full Suntour Superbe Pro group. Hardly a scratch on it. Finally a great bike in my size!

Yep, she's a keeper! I may spin the frame off but the parts will definitely have a forever home here.

actuly I love the bar tape! Its sweet! I like riding bright obnoxis (didn't spell that right I know) color bikes. I live in a smallish town, know LOTS of people (bike peps and business contacts) that know I'm a bike nut and if they see anyone on one of my bikes other than myself or one of the 2 guys that work for me the bike has been stolen. They have my permission to recover the bike by any means necessary...... Well leave it at that.

^I don't get either. Being a Texan, perhaps he is too manly for a pink bike. I wouldn't hesitate to ride it, but I'm one of those left-coasters.
