Just find and attach something that comes close to matching the existing holes to have your own unique 'brand'.

I have some of the aluminum badges they used from the mid 60s to the early 70s. Condition varies; most of them are kinda tired but probably better than your plastic one.

But first, take a look at the underside of your saddle. Can you see the ends of the rivets that hold the plastic badge? If they are hidden by the cantle plate, as is usually the case, then it will be really hard to replace your badge. If you can, pry up both ends of each rivet, squeeze them together, and press the rivet out through the leather to free your plastic badge. Let me know when you have the old badge off, and then I'll find you a new one.
