Suntour perfect 6 speed freewheel question
I have finished up a Lotus Challenger and have a question regarding the Suntour Perfect 6 speed freewheel. I broke it down and replaced the bearings. I seemed to have had a senior moment in that I couldn't remember when reassembling the freewheel if the heavy two toothed washer went onto the body before or after the spacers. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to C&V @gstep51. I've worked on dozens of Perfects, and my guess is it doesn't matter really matter, so if you have it all back together, don't worry about how you did reassemble it. But for future reference, the largest spacer goes on first. It is also designed to make certain the pawls and their pivots are protected from grit, moisture, and other contaminates.
