Who knows if a CARRARO is of good quality?

Can anyone tell me anything about this bicycle?
We though it looked cool but its probably just a really bad brand.
Sorry if this isin't classic or vintage. No idea on the year of fabrication.

Mid quality, at the very best but likely much lower. That said, nothing would get me to buy and ride the bicycle, simply because of its design.

The seat tube is unsupported and WILL start to flex and bend and, perhaps, crack at some time in the future. This old Jeunet is similar but the seat tube is supported at the top by the seat stays, a much stronger design, in my opinion...
