This looks pretty good. I only noticed a couple details that look a little different to me, the rear brake bridge and what you already said with the bottom bracket shell. But if this is a custom frame builder those items can change bike to bike and over time. Looks convincing to me!

I am again convinced, and marvel at the amount of photo evidence that Mr. Moss finds to corroborate! Plus I have no memory of making an ID of the forkcrown back in 2015, AND I relented, so no points for me.
