Help identify Puch Elegance frames

Hi all,

I recently bought 2 Puch Elegance frames, at the moment I'm getting rid of the paint because some spots were oxidized...
Here are some pictures of there present state:





Also, with the frames where packet in plastic bags with each a sticker:



I hope someone can help me out with telling me the build year, I'm all new to rebuilding old bikes and didn't find any useable information on the net.

The original components that came on the bike will likely have a manufacturer's date code stamped into the back of them. Do you still have them?

No, the frames were striped. Maybe you can tell me something about the stickers?
