Autheticate and Date: Pinarello Treviso Pista

Im looking to se if anyyone can tell me any info if this is a real Pinarello Treviso Pista from what I can find theres only really info on track frames from the 80s Im pretty sure if this is real its older. Its stamped on the drops and I have the serial. But its lacking the stamps on the seat stays. Ligge look legit too. Its very close but Im still not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rear end looks a bit rough, the FCI stamping is interesting. Made for the Italian Federation?

that's what Im saying. Its very hard to tell. And most Ive see stamped Campy. at least 80s ones but anything pre 80s on track frames is almost impossible to find info online for.

There's a discussion about the FCI numbers but mostly the forum thread is about the size of the frame. No date for the frame given that I could see. There's another picture in the thread of the FCI stamped on the bottom bracket of another frame.

Reminds me of the bikes made for the Little 500 race in Indianapolis.

The semisloping crown fork would make me think this is later '80s. Any remnants of a tubing sticker? Are there spiral ridges in the DT or ST indicating SLX tubing?
