Nice bike. Please get closer pictures of the front head tube.
Pull the seat post and look for the diameter markings and date code etched on it.

Looks like it was from the Panasonic plant in Japan, and that's as far as I can go.

Probably not Centurion.
From the serial number, shifter cable guides under the BB shell, and brake levers I would guess this to be a 1987 frame.
The serial number format does not match the Centurion format for 1987.
Can you post pictures of the decals on the seat tube and forks? Pictures of the head tube and seat tube lugs may also help in identification.
