Hello, Glad to be Back
Just saying "hey."
I was active here, then got busy last year, new job, moved five states away, quit riding, gained 40 pounds.
Now I'm back. Spring is here, and I've got my first four rides done. Changed my diet back to what I used to do. Lost my first five pounds. Just blowing my own horn a bit.

Welcome back! Not sure if I can agree with you on the spring is back part as I just saw a forecast calling for 2-3 inches of snow this weekend up here, although it is getting closer...
