Bicycling Article - 5 Cycling Weight-Loss Successes

Good article and great inspiration. Reminds me why I do what I do. Thanks.

Great article. I particularly like the Nina Mosby story and her no-drop rides. This is very similar to my time in the army and the 5 mi runs in the morning; you run as a platoon and no one is dropped ever. You win together or you fail together, and failure is not in the vocabulary.

Edit: My bad, they're on the verge of crossing over into CT. I'm going to lose a buck to PhotoJoe - I said no way they get there before Sept. 30. Of course, he wouldn't take that bet! |

OK, guys (and gals). The admins have said that FGAA bashing won't be allowed here, and the LAST thing I want is to get in trouble with a moderator. :innocent:

It's amazing how many people have lost 100 lbs (or more) on a bike.
I guess there is something to it. |

O.K. You don't want to end up like Alias530 or TheManShow.
