Most beautiful weather of the year here now. Too bad the days are getting so short. Hoping to scratch up enough funds to go race CX this weekend.

My club is hosting a CX race on the 11th.....I should really swap out the 50T for the 44T and put on some real knobbies. Going to be a fast beach drag race course.

What did Caltrans do now?

My legs feel like I imagine what PhotoJoe's legs feel like lately. Just kind of bleh. Just about had all of SGRT to myself tonight though and for some reason, although SART is home to 4 billion gnats, SGRT / Coyote Creek are largely free of the pests.

If you're not the plaintiff, can you tell us details? Or point us to a news article?

I'm not plaintiff. There was no news article. One of my group fell due to a trench on PCH that had never been filled in. She is suing them for leaving it like it was. Shortly after accident they out up cones by it and 6 months or so later it was filled.

People get hurt riding with BeachGrad.

There was the famed tour de palm springs d-bag induced crash of her team mate, then this.

I'm not saying there's any connection or anything, you know.

So you're saying you're more like an injury time machine?

So, is it bad when smoke pours out of the back of your pool pump motor?

Bummer! I just threw my old pump out. Still worked, just wasn't manly enough to run the spa and pool. This is a perfect opportunity for you to get one of those variable speed pumps and save loads of money on your electric bill.

In other news, it rained today but not enough to finish filling my pool.

Two days away from the keyboard racing CX in Sandpoint ID! It was a great time. Decided at the last minute to stay up there overnight in a tent.
