Carbo-loading seems like an appropriate title for this time of year!

Carry on!

so last night I got home and my dinner was in the microwave as my wife was kind enough to dish up a plate for me turkey, mashed taters, and mashed yams; I took the juice from the pork tenderloin I roasted and added that to the mashed taters... mm mmm good.

Oh and my glucose level this morning was 127

What's wrong with fat kittens?

I'm sitting here at my desk enjoying a little bowl of greek yogurt and my puppy is FOCUSED. She's watching my bowl like a hawk, nose-a-twitchin'.

I'm pretty sure that Britishers don't spell beautiful without a "u" though, we're not exactly known for not using "u"s after all!

That said, I'm not especially surprised by this story, and honestly there's much worse going on in the UK in my opinion. I find that not being called a "fat cant" by random folks in when walking down the street is one of the many pleasures of living in the colonies.

Well, we colonists are a plump but pleasant group.

My fat cat loves soy yogurt. When he sees the GF eating some he begs like a dog. She gets him a plastic spoon to lick some off.
