Hello from central FL.

Hey guys and gals, wanted to take a Min and introduce myself. Im Joe, I live in Port Richey Fl. I am new to cycling in the serious sense. I need to get healthy. About 4years ago my average weight was 185 lbs and I ran an average of 5 miles daily. I tore my a.c.l on a clay track, opted to not do the surgery. Long story short im now 330lbs and feeling healthy enough to start the drop.

Ive never had a good bike, always a walmart special. Yesterday I went a bought a Giant atx 27.5 after some research and test rides. I love it. Rode 2miles yesterday and felt like jelly lol.

Im going to have lots of questions for you guys ill post a pic of myself and my bike tomorrow. Right now im trying to figure out what important upgrades I should make first. Thanks for reading.

Just ride it for a while. You may need a different saddle at some point and you may need to have some work done on the wheels but just enjoy the bike for now.
