One more ride and I'll hit my goal of 250 for the month (currently at 242). I look at your guys' numbers and feel like a slacker til my brain goes "silly, you're new hip isn't even four months old yet, give it a rest"

Yeah, my numbers make me feel terrible too. Then I realize, I have a 1.5 hours of commuting to work 5 days a week and weekends filled with friends and family plans. And this weekend that includes a Saturday that will have me working from 7-noonish and a wedding that night that will last until the cows come home. Well. at least until they have to get the horses back in their stalls. I hope next month is better, but more work trips planned and other things going on. Always a battle to get my rides in.

And today I bring September's riding to a close.

1,244.8 miles (that's 2,003km)
72 hours
41,011ft^

Every month I say, "I should take it a little easier next month," and then I do the opposite of that. I should really, really, really take a day off (or three) but I haven't figured out how to stop.
