Recon 327 fork replacement options

I am still in the process of getting my old bike, 2006 GT Aggressor, ready to ride again. I dropped it off yesterday at the shop where I originally bought it. I thought they had closed years ago but come to find out they had just moved, and offer lifetime maintenance for bikes purchased there. They are going to go over it for me and let me know if anything major needs fixed. I have already replaced the saddle and added a stem riser. They are also going to price out a fixed fork for me, but before I paid for that I was wondering what I could find online.

According to the specs I can find the forks are Rockshox recon 327. I don't know anything about forks and I am not sure if there is a standard size or how I go about finding out what a replacement would cost me. Any hints?

Do a net search for "suspension corrected rigid fork".
Should get you a fairly wide ballpark.
