Saw this earlier today so if it's posted elsewhere, I apologize...


Of course, because it's bicycling, they mention his diet for about, oh, half a sentence. You have to respect people who can stop on a dime, do an about face and make significant habit changes like that!

The article says Chris pokes around on bike forums, just wondering if he's lurking here.
