Lesson learned with day off Monday back in the saddle on Tuesday. Still on pace to hit the monthly goal both here and the 10 k calorie burn on ZWIFT!!! 1/16 - 17.23 - took a couple days off to re-hydrate and re-focus after the poor performance on the 13th. 1/17 - 20.19 - Gran Fondo Over/Under Tempo - Felt GREAT and ride went fast!!! Could be due to the set up of the training program within Zwift. 1/20 - 53.91 Gran Fondo - the Long Ride - 2 x 30 min Tempo with Surges - Great ride!!! 15 degrees in the garage and feet felt cold and numb. Don't know if I need a seat adjustment or if it was just the cold weather. 1/22 - 17.85 - I think I am hitting a wall. The weather is really cold and my body is feeling fatigued a lot quicker. I am hoping it is the cold BUT I think it has more to do with my diet and I am burning more than my body is consuming. I find myself taking more days off due to fatigue. I've been able to get out for two weekends in January and was able to ride 100 miles each weekend. I also ride Zwift.
