Hello all. I've been away for a while riding a bit but not as much as I would like. Picked up an FX 3 disc back in early Jan, rode it a few times, and then the cold weather rolled in and stayed for a while. Feb has been better so I logged 149.1 miles.

Short month but the goal of 250 miles remains the same and can increase as necessary.

2/3 - 16.73
2/4 - 21.10
2/6 - 23.55
2/10 - 10.89 - COMPLETED ZWIFT GRAN FONDO TRAINING
2/10 - 20.01 - started FTP builder
2/11 - 19.05
2/13 - 20.05
2/16 - 17.85
2/17 - 23.14
2/18 - 16.87 - first ZWIFT race. Finished 36/40 in the D cat. Have a lot to learn about shifting BUT the most notable thing is i learned it is time for shoes and pedals. Been scared of this as I will now be connected to the bike. What better time to learn than on a trainer.
2/23 - 20.83 - Officially clipped in!!!! WOW what a difference in the power, stroke and technique. I went 870+ miles without clipping in. Think a trainer is the best time to learn to ride clipped in and hopefully it will prevent injury or falls in the spring.
2/24 - 30.10
2/26 - 21.17 - GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!!! Did not think i would get there this time but I did it, back to back months of 250+ miles!! Great way to start the year BUT closing out the month with my second CAT D race on ZWIFT
2/27 - 22.61 - CAT D race with horrible results, longer race, more elevation, or maybe it was my mood and pre-race prep. Either way, finished the race and that was always the goal. On to the Ides of March and hoping to get outside for a ride or two later in the month, if not, will continue to grind away indoors.

MTD - 282.95
YTD - 594.61
