Am I ready?
Do I need to make additional modifications or should I give it a test run?
I purchased a Specialized Vita to use with an indoor trainer.
I purchased a Trek FX 2.0 to use outdoors.
I'm weighing in at 340lb... what do you guys think?

My only suggestion is large tires with greater air volume and pressurize to max. That will help to prevent the, all but inevitable, snake bike due to pinch punctures.

for most trainers, the bike is supported at the axles and you only need a regular pressure on any tire.
