Jakroo Sizing

I’m looking for anyone that has FIRST hand experience with Jakroo jerseys and bibs. Anyone out there? Wondering how they fit compared to others, ideally if you own any jerseys/bibs from Aero Tech Designs. Jakroo has “fit kits” but sadly none in my size, so I am only left with their “Guaranteed Sizing” based on my measurements. However, that only helps if you can get the next size up ( they basically tell you what size, and if they’re wrong, you get a different size that fits ) but since I’m at the max size already, i won’t have an option if they are too small. So while I’m pretty sure they will fit, I’m still hesitant to pull the trigger on the order. I’ve been using their custom design tool and have a really nice design I like, but it’s a lot of money, and I’d hate for it to not fit as well as i wanted it to.
So, anyone have experience with Jakroo and how they fit?

TIA

I have never heard of that brand. Where are they located?

If you have to ask ... how much money would I lose betting that the o.p. was simply free advertising for Jakroo? I see NOTHING on their site that indicates that someone on this forum should be interested in their products. Unless maybe they want to use it as inspiration.

Just because i don’t have 4000+ posts you think I’m on here advertising for a company? GFY. I came here looking for someone that can help me make a decision about a big purchase. If i was advertising, I’d be doing a crappy job of it since i only mentioned the company in the first post and didn’t post a link until someone asked who they were.

As for not seeing anything on their site that someone would find interesting? Wow…..you are pretty dense.

If you have nothing constructive to say, go Troll somewhere else.

I have some Jackroo cycling kit. 2 jerseys, 1 pair of bib shorts and a pair of cycling shorts. A local charity ride that I've been involved in uses Jackroo for the ride-themed kit.

The items I have are good quality and held no surprises regarding fit. I would say the fit is similar to the Pearl Izumi Quest line -- keeping in mind the items I have are the 'club fit' not the 'race fit' which I assume would be quite a bit smaller.

Interesting, the leaps you make. And how did you miss the THIS in my wording, as in "I see nothing on their site that someone even slightly overweight should find interesting ... just who is being dense here? I could have, but did not invoke the 'T' word in connection with your o.p.

They offer sizes up to 5XL. I came into the Clyde’s forum to see if anyone had jersey/bibs from the company and hopefully compared to Aero Tech which you may or may not know also has large sizes. I was hoping to find someone with first hand knowledge of both companies so that i could hear from someone that knows whether or not they are similar in fit. But silly me, I thought my OP explained that already.

thanks, appreciate the info. How do the Pearl Izumis fit compared to a normal shirt size? ( keeping mind i’m looking for club fit as well ). I know some companies of cycling gear are comically smaller than regular shirt sizes even when looking at Club or Casual fit.

I'd say that for me, the fit is pretty close to shirt sizes. These aren't like some of the Castelli lineup which can be (as you say) comically small. Now I should point out that I'm no longer a Clyde so I don't know how well the larger sizes fit - I generally get a shirt size of medium and Pearl Izumi and Jackroo mediums fit me just fine.

I have one Jackroo jersey, and it seems to fit about a size smaller than the same size from Aerotech.

thanks for the info. I'm about btween two size so i'm ordering up and thinking i will be ok. The same size in Aerotech is slightly large on me, so if Jakroo is a size smaller, i should be ok.

thanks again!

I've been doing custom kits thru Jakroo every year for the last five years. I find there sizing chart to be pretty accurate.
