New here

Well new to the forum however I noticed the other day I haven't been seeing just below 200# for a bit now. 6'-2" and 210 to 215, haven't ridden much in the past year and trying to change that a little bit each week. I have a beater Nishiki mountain bike that I can run slicks on, I have a Trek Alpha 1.2, and a Stowe road bike that has great specs but just doesn't fit me.

Bonjour ! New here...

I'm French from France/Switzerland. 61 y.o. About 157lbs, 5'9". I ride a 2018 Pinarello Dogma K8S and recently rebuilt/upgraded an old vintage Cadex CFR2 (bought in 1992) as my winter spare bike. My MTB is a cannondale super raven 4000sx (bought in 2001)

My goals are to live a healthy live, lose weight, and enjoy myself.
