I have the urge to large steal bits of it to post on weight loss forums I am involved on. You are quite an inspiration. Keep on preaching the truth that it IS possible to make the change from UBER Clyde to healthy individual where the weight doesn't define us.

I had the Roux-N-Y as a laporoscopic procedure. It's the irreversible one.:)
