Weight vs. Wheels

I was just scanning trhough all the threads and then I was thinking whether certain wheels hold certain weights! For example, will 'light weight' wheels (if those exist) start to form 'bents' when a heavier person is riding it? (Not entirely familiar with the language, but I mean 'bent' which also will happen when there are loose spokes).
