The Good and the bad.....

Well a buddy and I went out for a good road ride........ And it was just that........

So we were making great time and I actually hit a new high speed......... 53 MPH.... That is the fastes I have gone on that bike.... It was AWSOME..... Then BANG!!!!! While I was tring too go faster a spoke snapped........ Well long story short instead of waiting for the LBS to repair it my buddy Bought me a new rim... IT ROCKS!!! ( The speed when the spoke broke kinda messed up the rim I had so this is just plain AWSOME)

I am stoked!!!

Score on the free wheel! I once had a spoke break while doing about 45 mph down a gnarly long hill. You know that pop sound, right? I thought it was a rock hitting my spoke and kept riding at 45 mph for 2 minutes! I was in the middle of nowhere with my bro and ended up hitchhiking home. Now I only buy strong, expensive stuff.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Yep, sounds exciting! Aren't you glad you didn't hear multiples of that sound
