Richmond Va. Clydes

I am in Richmond Va. and would like to start a local Chapter of B.M.O.B. (Big Men On Bikes). I contacted the main chapter and they said all I needed to do was to get together a route and they would help me with the rest. If anyone is in the Richmond Va. area and would be interested please respond to this post and we will take it from there. This would be a great opportunity for us big guys (and girls) to get together and support each other in what can be an uphill challenge in losing weight and getting healthier.
