Quick question about OS bars

Are OS bars the same diameter from end to end or just OS in the clamp area? Thanks!

Ahh...guess I'll just stick w/ double wrapping my bars to make them feel thicker.

You can get one of those gel-padding bar wrap kits, that way they'll feel thicker and offer some extra shock absorption.

The gel stuff works well if you have bigger hands. Some people don't like it though.
