96.1 miles this week. Included a bike commute to work on Wednesday and a 52 mile ride yesterday. This time I felt great after the 50-miler.

Horrible week for riding, first it was cold, then it warmed up about 5 degrees and got windy (but the wind was freezing) then rained until early this morning, now it's sunny but a little windy, but not that cold wind we had last week, I hate having a week off at this time of year, because you lose the last months conditioning..... Okay it wasn't a complete loss, but for a week I had planned over 50 miles, getting in 11 isn't good.

99.8 miles this week, nearly all of which came from today's Tour de Cure ride - my ride report has been posted in this forum as well.

WE 5/4/2008, 45.4 miles, spreadsheet updated. My first 3 ride week since Feb 10. The weather's been great here, time to start building the miles, and reducing the pounds, for a summer mountain ride.

Late
Realize I am really late...would love to get in on this. Just started riding 3 weeks ago (at docs "suggestion") after a loooong time (teenage years!!). 42yrs old, cycling every day (eases the corporate stress)...started out at 212 (6') and am already down to 207. I am currently tracking everything on mapmyride.com.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Week Ending May 10th - 43 miles, which is about half what I would like to have for the week, but weekends have either been wet, windy or woolly (er needing the woollies, temperature have been below expectations most of the time since the beginning of April) , so longer distance trips have been difficult at best.

My weeks end on Sunday, so normally I wouldn't be updating the spreadsheet on Sat, but since tomorrow is mother's day and they're predicting rain most of the day, my riding week has ended. Making good progress, my third week in a row of over 10% increase in mileage.
