I lost my first century!
Pounds that is...When I joined up about a month ago I was at 84 lost and as of today I have now lost 100 pounds. Granted I still have a ways to go but I am just thrilled. I haven't been this light since my sophmore/jounior year of high school. I wish I could say cycling has been a larger factor in my weight loss but I've only been at it a few months. I can say however it has made a huge impact in those few months though!

I will once I hit my goal which is at least 30 to go (unless I decide to go another 30 after that). I never liked getting my picture taken because of my size. Once I hit goal I'm gonna get lots of pictures taken lol.

Congratulations! I'm down 60 myself. I have found that the bicycling helps not only weight loss only, but also better health - ie., more stamina, strength, etc. Keep going, you rock!
