Started In Early February All Organic Diet And Ride About 20-40 Miles Per Week No Magic Pills And No Surgery Just Hard Work Weighed 380 Lbs To Date Weight 290 Lbs Thats 90 Lbs Lost In Just 4 Months !!!!

Wow!! That's Incredible!! I started in February too and have only lost 17.4 lbs and I'm doing 50-80 miles a week. Way to go!!!

Holy [email protected]#[email protected]!!! I've posted similar numbers, but at the time I weighed 500+ lbs and was on a 800 calorie/day doctor supervised diet. I'd say, well, BRAVO. That's absolutely outstanding!

Congrats on your weight loss. That is a lot of weight to lose in just 4 months. Just be sure that you aren't starving your body. Loss of nutrients can cause other health issues. I try to shoot for 2 to 3 lbs per week.

Now, to chime in myself....

First off, great job! Make sure you are getting a good multivitamin and sufficient protein though. At a high level of activity, you need about 1.5 grams/KG of body mass per day to prevent cannibalization of your muscle mass rather than fatty tissue. Also, with protein intake that high, HYDRATE, HYDRATE,HYDRATE! Get extra D and Calcium as well.
