Peaceful Sunday morning ride photos.
I went out this morning to do a 30 mile loop that I ride frequently. It was a bit damp, very overcast, with a bit of drizzle here and there. It was peaceful.
I took the camera with me and thought I'd share some of the photos. Click each one for a larger version.
A training center for horses - the horses are usually out but blindfolded when I ride by them.
Quiet graveyard.
The Lamprey River.
Water always makes for good photo opportunities.
Pine Meadow Farm
Lee Hook Road
Another section of the Lamprey River
A couple of wild turkeys
It's hay bailing season
Enjoy,
Scott

Just kinda scrolling thru your pics, then I saw "Lamprey River"! That got my attention. Good trout fishing in there. Nice to see a fellow NH'er.

I breezed through your post and immediately noticed the first pic and thought (mmm... vt.) then I looked over at your location, not too far off. I moved down to TN about 8 years ago and even though the landscape can be similar in some ways... the pics said "home" to me. - thanks for sharing.

The scenic and lazy Sunday morning rides seem to be a theme in clydes this week. I personally think I'm going to dedicate my Sunday morning rides to sightseeing from now on. Too much world out there to speed by all the time, kinda fun to relax and enjoy it.
However, I must say, your ride was far more scenic than anything we have here. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the kind comments. I find that by bringing a camera with me (it's just a tiny Canon SD200 point and shoot) it makes me savor the ride more, and stop to look and appreciate my surroundings. I highly recommend it to anyone.
