Lost six pounds over the weekend

hahaha, Im sure it was ALL water (its damn HOT here in miami this time of year), but I still thought it was pretty funny that I bought a bike on Friday and lose 6 pounds off the bat!

Too bad that is the only freebie I'll be getting!

Yup, water loss. I bet it would hurt to lose 6 lbs of fat in a weekend!

haha, I just found it funny to see, I know its not real weight loss. But a month or two more of solid riding, and maybe I will see a few pounds of real fat gone... one can hope.

You may not see it in the mirror, but you'll notice the missing fat when your pants fall down all the time.
