Good work, Stout!!

I am 6'4", 230 lbs...I would look REALLY funny anywhere NEAR 200, so I think I'll just stay in the Clyde camp for good.

I guess he isn't "stout" anymore ;)

It been a great summer. A new bike my first TRI and soon my Second.

The new job is limiting my postings.. but now that i am getting the schedule under controll...

Started riding via an intermodel commute. 12 miles by car and 11 by bike. with a gym workout at lunch.

watching what i eat.
breackfast
toast PB and honey,
lunch small deli sandwich / wrap with a glass of while milk and a apple or bana
dinner small servering of whatwnerver we are having, with whole milk.

On the down side i am giving up marital arts to train for tris.

i cant do everything and the new work schedule would take away from me being a dad to continue going to the dojo.

I am not going back to +200 without a fight.

Great job! It feels great to see that scale stop before it hits 200.

Keep up the good work.
