Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Hot dog well done, mate ...

I'm temporarily reclaiming your spot on the roster since I weighed in at 201 the other day.

Grrr, my meds reduced my metabolism -- plus some heavy weight lifting* and I am back up.

This evening I hit the weights again, then came home and lifted meatloaf, mash potato and sweet corn. Oh well. Wife had made it for the boys, but I have a real weak spot for meat loaf and mash.
So busted!

Outta here

Strike up the band and raise the glasses!
IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It took me 8 years ('course there are those loooonnngggg Buffalo winters)to drop 57 pounds.
Sence I can now keep the 17/20mph pace with the A crowd, the need to drop those last 12 pounds isn't as pressing (I 'was' at 204..what can I say? The Olympics were fattening)
First dibbs on all dem too large jerseys!!!

I think he meant 07-01-2007. Still, 50 pounds in a year is impressive.

According to another thread, it was indeed 07-07-2008. 50 pounds in 2 months seems quite unhealthy to me though, especially starting ~250.

Wow! You are making me feel better about losing weight myself. I'm about 230, hoping to get down around 190 if I'm lucky. I've decided to commute by bike at least 3 days a week which is 12 hilly roundtrip miles. Maybe I can catch up to you!
