Thanks for the ideas (and the rest of you - get moving with those ideas! We need you too!). I've got a few days off work next week, so I'll do some more on the design.

Should we approach the Mods to see if we can make it an 'official' Bike Forums jersey as well? The Foo jersey seemed to get a number of orders.

In the winter, I wear my old paintball jerseys. Their long sleeved, wicking fiber, and don't come in tiny man sizes. Prices are pretty similar to a little bit less than what a cycling jersey would cost.

Here's an example: https://www.actionvillage.com/029-134-0104

+1 on the paintball type jerseys. I have a few motocross jerseys I wear when Im riding the MTB on cooler days. If you shop around you can get closeouts on "last years" models this time of year. Also if you have a Cycle Gear in your area they have some insane deals on jerseys if you poke around.

Also on the Aerotech stuff....I bought a set of bibs and extremely happy with them. The value is excellent and youll ahve enough loot left in your wallet for other goodies. There also made in the USA....something I personally try to look for and buy if I can!

I like www.longscycle.com they normally have some sort of sale or grab bag going on and many of their jerseys go up to 4xl and some go as far as 7XL.
P.S. I like the Clydesdale Jersey I would get one
