Saturday Ride and couple of pics!

Sat 9/27..60 miles at a nice ez steady pace of 15.6 mph on the trail with a bit on Pacific Coast Hwy. Big change in weather Inland and at the coast. Nice and hot at the start, then cold and fog at the coast. Spoke with Lucas (BF'er), Alex and Vince (lurkers) at the beachstop. Gina had been nursing what she thinks might be a slight groin pull this week. At one point near the end of the ride, she complained on an incline, so I had to help her out with a little push!

Gina on PCH

The little push! Very difficult pose, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!
