Probably nothing in there that is going to surprise too many people, but being someone who is about 2/3 of the way to his goal weight, and who has plateaud a couple of times so far in that process, I did find some of the presentation interesting. I thought some others here might as well. It doesn't mention a thing about cycling.

I do like the low metabolism.
I am one of the people that think they are eating less. Then I decided to measure and weigh things. I found out I was about 50% off on my caloric intake because of it. Now I am looking into different foods and different things to help me out.
