New years eve surgery

Went in the hospital 7 AM on new years eve morning and got out last night (1-2-09).
My appendix didn't want me to make this years New Years Day ride.
Hope yours went better.
Wow, hard to type with this medicine.

Well, you should be faster now, cuz you're lighter and have less parts!

Sorry to hear of the ordeal. Heal up fast!

Sorry to here about the surgery, but glad it was successful. I guess the silver lining is that at least it happened in winter. I can't imagine Michigan is too warm this time of year.

53 and your first surgery?!

Heck, I'm 45 and have had three back surgeries, three knee surgeries, one shoulder surgery, and one foot surgery. There is at least one more knee surgery in my future, not hopefully not any tiome soon.

For a while there it was kind of like a hobby, lol. Now I just do physical therapy for fun

I guess I've been lucky.
Now he wants me to get a colonoscopy when I heal from this.
I'll bet that physical therapy thing isn't much fun.

I had mine out a few years ago. I hope you have a speedy and uneventful recovery.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

The things some guys will do to shave a couple of grams.

Glad it went well, wayne. I had mine out 30 years ago.
