I'm late to the party, but maybe I can crash it? I've had an awesome week to start the month, 262 miles, and have ridden 7 out of 8 days.

Wow, I might actually be able to do it. I'm at 157.8 miles already and haven't yet ridden today.

I'm at 174 with todays ride. Final 5 miles of todays 37 mile trip had a nice tail wind. I reached my new max speed on flats 32mph. Big boost from wind and a real hard effort, I let out a man roar after the effort. Was above 30mph for about 30 seconds, for me this was a first.

136 for me. Expecting to be at 239 by Friday, from my commuting miles. I will need an extra weekend ride to put me over the top.

I will be finishing tomorrow, with 515 by the end of the day. The brevet last week, and the training surrounding it, was the key. So far:

60--0--40--0--20--0--195

0--30--30--30--30--0--...

65 to go, with a planned training ride of 80 tomorrow.

There's fair warning 10 wheels, or anyone else. You can beat me to it, if you haven't already...

Well if you are going to taunt I may have to put a few more miles on my commute today and get to 500 today. I was going to wait till tommorows social ride but hey I'm ok with that

0-0-47-47-0-47-144
46-0-48-10-47-(47+)-(60+)

After last month being my first over 8 or maybe 900 month (ended with just over 1100) I wanted to try to keep up 1,000 a month.

Note: Ten Wheels is showing 602 on bike journal as of Thursday.

Go on out and get it. Your valuable prize if you do: our respect, envy, etc.

p.s. Heavy commute; impressive.

p.p.s. 10 wheels already won and did not even crow about it? If you're going for 20,000 a year, I suppose 500 goes by fast.

I'd much rather have a 30 mile or 20 mile rt then what I do now. You can always additional miles and I do ride a little longer then I need to avoiding certain bad intersections but it goes pretty well. A shorter ride would also mean 5x a week without a problem.

From experience all I get from riding more miles is my doctor trying to put me on more and more medication I figure the best way to fix that is.... find a new doctor Preferably not the one trying to salesman a medical weight loss plan

Not possible for me. My morning ride was aborted today at 8+ miles by a big snowstorm. Happened amazingly fast and is still snowing hard five hours later. Fools trying to drive up the hill in front of my house are entertaining as all get out though!

Life got in the way last week. Missed my Friday commute, and didn't ride over the weekend. Sitting on 246 after Monday.

Gotta step up!

Rode this afternoon I'm sitting pretty at 343.5, with the century sunday. I'm probably gonna take it easy the next few days to be fully rested for the big ride.
