Why would you want to exceed the max pressure?
Take a look at this thread, and see if the formula there doesn't put you real close to the max.

On my 26 X 1.5" I run 90lbs in the back and top limit (80) or less in the front. Less in front for riding rougher roads and longer distances.
On my 700 X 23mm, I go the limit (120) in back and 10% less in front -again, for ride comfort.
I weigh 250lbs. The nice thing about Army's is that you can also under-inflate for road surface to quite a degree and not pinch-flat.

I run my 700X28 at 100psi. The max listed is 120.
Since your tires say only 65psi I am assuming they are mountain style or wide tires. Generally you can run your tires at less than recommended (on my mountain bike the tires says 65 but I do only 40) but I would never do more than recommended.
