I'm 7 lbs away from the 200 point. I haven't been there since probably freshman year (12 yrs ago). Lost 50 so far. I'm right there with ya man! I can't wait. 170 here I come.

Man what an awsome achievement!! Congratulations! I wish I had the will power to do what you have done but I keep falling off the wagon. Then I eat the wagon!!! Anyway, great job!!!!!!

You guys have inspired me - I am six weeks into my weight loss journey - down 15 to 245 now (I'm 6'1) with a goal of being 210 (that's been 20 years) by the end of the year. Though I still have a "linebacker" frame - you've got me thinking that maybe even I can get under 200 - which was last seen in high school....Imagine how much faster I will be.
