Major weight milestone <200 lbs.

I did it! I was actually at 188.8 this morning, but took the photo after breakfast and a bottle of water. I am so excited. I don't think I have been this light since I started high school 14 years ago.

I started riding in late June and completely changed my eating habits. I think I traded the food addiction for a cycling and weight loss addiction. Since June, I have lost 85 pounds. I have about 15 more to go, but this is major milestone and I am stoked.

It would not have been possible without the people in this forum who offered so much support and encouragement! I'm thinking about a tattoo that says, "Clyde for life". Thanks to all of you!

Anywhoo, bravo on the weight loss! I understand how you feel when you finally are below 200 pounds. I just recently am in the same situation. Now to get to 180 pounds!

Great job!

BUT

200 is just a number...I used to think I would be great at 230....I am 190 and just let the needle fall where it falls now...don't let the number dictate you.

Great job though!
