The biggest change was discovering I had low testosterone. I read an article in my Dr.s office about low T and everything in the article applied to me. I told my doctor to test me and we found out I was low. 13 million men in the U.S. are estimated to have low testosterone and less than 10% seek treatment. It was like a new fire was started in me, more energy, better attitude, increased libido. OH YEAH, I STAY AWAY FROM KRISPY KREME TOO!!!!

Dr Eward Lichten saved my life with this article
https://www.lifeextensionvitamins.com/jul07teovroi.html
His website gives TONS of info on the subject.
https://www.usdoctor.com/
I was fat, tired, grumpy, had low libido, diabetic, in chronic pain, and suffered from nightly leg cramps.
I am now getting thiner, have more energy, happier, hornier, requre less medicine to regulate my blood sugar and may not need any by the end of summer!, suffer less pain and haven't had a leg cramp in months. I give myself an injection in the thigh once a week.
Basically everthing that happens to men as they age is tied to declining levels of testosterone. A little decrease is ok and natural. Too low is casue for replacement and can be like finding the fountain of youth. I FEEL 10 YEARS YOUNGER! I am beginning to look it too! All it takes is a simple blood test to find out.

Great job on the weight loss. It's great to read these forums and see all of the people who have lost weight and become healthier with biking as a big part of their life.
Is it too personal to ask what drug the dr gave you for hormone replacement?

I am the pied piper of testosterone replacement. I will answer ANY questions.
The specific drug I am on is "testosterone Enanthate" a vial costs $100.00 (if your ins will not pay for it) and lasts 10 weeks. Needles are $0.29 each and are used once. You can also use a patch which I tried, way too expensive and difficult to keep on. Or you can use a gel which comes in measured doses and is applied to the skin.
