Last week I lost 3.8 pounds, but I know some of that was dehydration. This week I'm getting my Master's degree, celebrating with the parents, and then playing in NYC for a few days. I'd like to gain <1.5 lbs back.

Also, get in one short (30-40 mile) ride Tuesday evening [failed, cinco de mayo tequila shots instead, arguably a marathon], one ride Friday morning before graduation. 4 days at the gym, and one short run.

weigh in: 211.

This week weighed in at 173.5. So down 1.5 which is awesome - expect I think for the last month or two ok few months I have been in this range...So I am hoping with the Metric Centuries and full centuries..I will get more weight off me. Lately I have been fantasizing about the 160s and finally in the 150s and 140s. But ya know I think I look sexy right now...so no big worries. Most impt thing I can do is eat ok - not gain weight and not beat myself up.

This week-
Mon -Rest
Tues - 60 Min stationary bike Intervals and 30 min run at night (jog) (Bike - Check, Running at night - nope went out with team at work)
Wed 60 min bike
Thursday 60 min bike
Sat - 62 or 100 mile ride in Charity Ride

Drink lots of water. No open candy jars at work - stay away. And be positive. Know that everything is exactly the way it is supposed to be!

And no more drinks this week - Wed eve another work event at a bar...show up and drink Diet Coke or water only. I do not need the extra calories or after effects!

I actually put on a pound this week. I'm not sure how, I've been eating right and drinking water. It might have been the 2 days I took off of riding before Sunday's century. I did get out for a recovery ride today. You know, they do work! My HR never got above 135 and I stayed solidly in zones 1 and 2. My legs feel a lot better.

Wed will be a trainer ride. Not sure yet about Thursday and Friday, I'll ride one of those days. Saturday will be my big ride day for the weekend. Planning to put in 80 or more.

Looking to try lose 3lbs and get down to 275. This week has been shot so far for riding due to weather. Bike is also in shop for warranty service. Thankfully bike is ready and looking to get it tonight. Need to work out a bit but I have a half metric event Saturday. (at moment 22 is longest I have rode, 31 here I come *LOL*)

Lost 2 lbs this week - down to 192. That's 17 lbs total since beginning of the year.

I'm just sticking to the plan of riding alot (125 miles per week), no candy bars, more fruits, and drinking more water.

I gained .8 pounds on my Friday weight in! Not really mad, with the amount of food I went through last week I was actually surprised.

WW etools has a measurement tracker now and I've been using it. I'm only in my third week of measurements, but I think they are a better assessment of weight loss than just weighting. Especially if you gain that pound or two that you think you shouldn't have. As long as its off the midsection!

I really feel for the ladies and having to track your weight only. DD is 15yo and plays softball as well as working out with me. She wants to drop about 20-15 pounds before the fall volleyball season. She was eating healthy and riding more and doing real good till TOM! This month, we weighted her daily a few days before TOM and all the way through till she is her "normal" loving self! She had a weight flux of 10 pounds! That's allot of water weight to be packing around just because! So now she isn't worried about TOM and her weight, although she hates wearing her ball uniform during that time! But I really have to hand it to the ladies and what they go through. Now I see why some say they feel like beached whales!

Anyways, I'm off the bike for about ten days to two weeks. Hands and wrist pain plus I have a bruised tail bone! Stupid mistakes on Saturday's metric that cost ed me a great day of riding and two weeks after that. I've been looking at crankforwards and recumbents hard as well! So its on the hiking path for some cross country and in the gym hitting the weights. I can use the change up for awhile anyways.

I managed to lose 4 pounds last week, and that marks 25 lbs lost since January 19th. Very happy about that.

Goals for this week are about the same:
Lose 2 pounds
Ride at least 30 miles

Sorry for the late entry - been overseas.

Too much beer and good food in Japan - holding steady between 93-94kg at 93.7kg. Haven't changed much in about a month.

OK down 1 pound. 172.5 weighed in yesterday at home as I left for my work in chicago last night. I am excited about the loss. I know I could have lost more if I hadn't eaten mexican etc,.... but I just don't want to be deprived.

Next week - 1.5 pounds... I will stay away form mexican!

been away a while due to some employment shenanigans, which also have me a bit behind on my goals. However, I am back to a regular routine, and weighed in this morning at 229 on the dot-first weigh in registering in the 220s so far. Been bike commuting at least 90% of the time, and now am doing all my errands and grocery shopping on my bike. I have decided to make my May Goal 215lbs, which means 14lbs in 20 days. It is a bit ambitious, but that's 1/2 the fun.
