This weeks weigh in... minus the gym

OK everyone I have the results, my weigh in after the gym fiasco. I know by the number of hits it got that EVERYONE read it I weighed in today for a loss of (insert drum roll here)....9.1 lbs That brings my total loss to 58.6 lbs in 8weeks I would like to thank everyone for your support in my journey. It makes it so much easier when you can share with people who understand

My "original" goal weight was anywhere under 300lbs, I have since revised that (in my mind) to go ahead and shoot for 225lbs. My highest weight that I actually weighed on a scale was 606 in July of 2006, My current weight is 468.3. I'm 6'5" with a large frame (yes I really am big boned ) so I don't think much below 225 would be good.
