...then you will know I have been enjoying great weight loss so far almost 30 lbs...

rode 21 miles yesterday...
.
but I am drinking a icy cold fountain Mountain Dew... it is the first in many days and it's high fructose corn syrupy goodness is really nice on this 100 degree day...

I really should! But she'd get so tired of the mistakes, she'd quit on me. So I just do what I do, and my typing sucks!

ehh different people tend to believe different things... there is a back story to it... Monsanto... just your friendly neighborhood chemical dealer... they wouldn't make anything that was unsafe...

I have avoided them for the most part my entire life...

I don't have any health problems period...

no meds for this or that...

that and dont drink out of aluminium cans...
