Wife and I broke the 20 mile mark
Well today the wife and I broke the 20 mile mark. Felt great and I am sure we could have gone further, but had things to do. This is the farthest that I have gone since I got back into biking, and the farthest that she has gone period. We both are riding trek hybrids.
Oh.. the errands we had to run was to go and purchase her a madone 4.5, she gets fitted for it on Monday. I am sure that I will have my hands full keeping up with her on her new wheels..
Just wanted to share, the success stories on here have been a huge inspiration to both her and I.

I dunno man, I can think of a thousand things I'd rather do less than keep riding... My wife hates it when I say "I'll be back in an hour" and three hours later come pouring in soaked in sweat with none of my chores done: keep at it, it's a great feeling eh?

Nice work, and motivating, too! I'm going to try my first 20+ mile ride tomorrow. Should be interesting!
