made the transition
Well I just got up for the normal morning weigh in and found out that I have fallen out of the uber-clyde to the clydesdale ......
Been busting my a$$ on the bike and was pleased that the scale was reading 299.0 been looking to break the 300 mark for some time now just happy I finally got there. |
Cool! What was the starting point? I had a friend Bigkahunadad on the forums a few years ago. Went from 480 to 230 after dicovering his love for cycling. Without he surgery! He had his story posted in "mtbforums" (?...not sure of the forums actual site name).
You're in the 200's now , right behind me!....:thumb: |
Thats awsome! Congratulations!!!

To paraphrase Satchel Page:

That is great and all of the stories you guys are sharing are inspiring me to finally break that Athena plateau in the coming six months. I am averaging about 16-25 miles each outing but I need to ramp it up as I plan to complete a century in the coming year and nothing is going to stand in my way. Keep the inspiring stories coming.

Congratulations.
Keep riding. |
